You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

Maaflash is a food delivery platform that connects customers with restaurants. We do not prepare food ourselves, and the responsibility for food quality, safety, and packaging lies with the respective restaurant partner.

Prices of menu items are decided by the restaurant and may include applicable taxes and delivery charges. Maaflash reserves the right to modify or update prices, offers, or delivery fees at any time without prior notice.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after the restaurant starts preparing the food. In case of any incorrect, missing, or damaged items, refunds will be handled according to the Maaflash Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on distance, weather, traffic, or restaurant preparation time. Maaflash will not be responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Users must not misuse the app by posting fake orders, false complaints, or engaging in abusive behavior towards delivery partners or staff. Such actions may lead to account suspension or permanent blocking.

Maaflash reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
