Return & Refund Policy

At Maaflash, we always try to deliver your food fresh, fast, and exactly as you ordered. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to help. Refunds or replacements are provided only if the order is wrong, incomplete, damaged, spoiled, or delayed beyond a reasonable time. Refunds are not applicable if the delivery address is incorrect, the customer is unreachable, or if the customer changes their mind after delivery.

To request a refund, open the Maaflash app, go to Order History, select your order, tap Help, and choose Report an Issue. Provide the necessary details and photos if possible. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, and refunds to the Maaflash Wallet will reflect instantly once approved.
