Payment Policy

Maaflash currently operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment system for all food orders placed through the platform. Customers are required to make full payment in cash directly to the delivery partner at the time of order delivery. Maaflash does not collect any online payments or advance amounts through digital methods. All transactions are handled transparently between the customer, delivery partner, and the restaurant. In case of order cancellations or issues, Maaflash ensures fair coordination between customers and restaurants to resolve payment-related concerns promptly. The company may introduce digital payment options in the future for customer convenience, but at present, only COD is accepted across all orders.
